The Grind is an off-road cycling and trail running event held at Valley Lodge & Spa in Magaliesburg, South Africa. Organized by The Leverage Corporation, the event serves as Leg 1 of the Stellantis Adventure Series. Cyclists can choose between gravel bikes and mountain bikes across three course lengths, with e-bike categories offered across all cycling distances.

The cycling routes cover 155 km, 70 km, and 45 km. The 155 km course starts at 06:30, followed by the 70 km at 07:00 and the 45 km at 07:15. For 155 km participants, organizers provide a personal cooler box transport service: riders can drop a six-pack-sized cooler at the start line, which is transported to the aid station at the 53 km and 135 km mark before being returned to the venue for collection. The event also stages trail runs and walks measuring 15 km, 10 km, and 5 km.

Entry includes chip timing, medical assistance, fully stocked water tables, a finisher medal, shower access at the venue, and complimentary event photos. Race number collection is available prior to the event at Cycle Lab in Fourways or on race morning at Valley Lodge & Spa. The event also offers participants the option to support Kids Haven through voluntary donations during entry.
