Pannonia Gravel offers two route options that take place on the Austrian Armed Forces' military training area in Burgenland. The event is open to gravel bikes, cyclocross bikes, and mountain bikes.

The longer route is 73 kilometers with 1150 meters of elevation, and the shorter option is 40 kilometers with 600 meters of elevation. There is also a category for e-bikes on the 40 km course. The routes are typically closed to the public and are only open for the event on October 25th. Organizers state that riding in the area outside of the event is life-threatening.

The race uses gross time, with each rider's time measured from the start signal to the finish line. There are numerous age group categories for both men and women, from U17 to 70+, as well as an overall classification. E-bikes have a separate classification for the top three male and female riders, with no age groups.

The event is organized by the HILL Racingteam. The start and finish are in Winden am See, while number pickup and the awards ceremony are in the Kirschblütenhalle in nearby Breitenbrunn. Full event details and registration are available on the official event website.
