The Village Gravel Women's Prep Camp is a five-day, all-inclusive training experience for women to prepare for the Village Gravel race. The camp focuses on building skills and confidence on the gravel roads around Flagstaff, which are situated at 7,000 feet of elevation. The training is led by coaches Audra Adair and Lindsay Gaesser.

Coached rides cover key sections of the Village Gravel course, with a focus on practicing skills for loose corners, rocky sections, and descents. The camp also addresses pacing, climbing at elevation, fueling strategy, and race-day decision-making. Sessions include course familiarization rides, race simulations, and instruction on mechanical basics.

The package is all-inclusive, providing lodging in a shared luxury Airbnb, chef-catered meals, entry into the Village Gravel race, a personal training and nutrition plan, an Assos jersey, mechanical support, and shuttle services.
