The Gravel Method BWR Arizona Prep Camp is an all-inclusive, five-day training camp designed to prepare riders for the Belgian Waffle Ride Arizona. The experience focuses on the unique demands of the event, including fast desert terrain, punchy climbs, and sand sections. The camp is led by founder and coach Audra Adair, who holds a PhD in Physiology and has over 20 years of coaching experience.

The package includes one-on-one coaching upon signup, which provides a tailored training, fueling, and racing plan. Participants receive entry into the BWR Arizona race, VIP access at The Gravel Method tent, and professional race photos and videos. The camp provides guided rides on the BWR course to familiarize riders with the terrain and offers skills instruction for sand, cornering, climbing, and descending. Other inclusions are an Assos premium kit, chef-prepared meals designed for performance, and shared luxury Airbnb accommodations.

The camp itinerary covers five days and five nights. Day one includes arrival and a warm-up ride. Day two is a course preview ride and skills clinics. Day three focuses on a race simulation. Day four is for final race prep, including an opener ride and packet pickup. Day five is race day, with on-course support and post-race recovery at the team tent. The final day includes reflection and departure. Mechanical services, a full nutrition plan, and shuttle services are also provided.
