Truckee Gravel is a mixed-terrain adventure race starting in Truckee, California, and extending into the Tahoe National Forest. The event offers three route distances: a 170 km long course, a 112 km medium course, and a 46 km short course.

The routes feature a mix of surfaces, including well-maintained gravel and dirt roads with some pavement. The short course is described as beginner-friendly with meadow views. The medium course offers less climbing, while the long course extends to the town of Sierraville after reaching the summit of Yuba Pass. The long course is approximately 71% dirt, the medium is 75% dirt, and the short course is 50% dirt.

The event weekend includes a schedule of activities. On Friday, there is a free shakeout ride and packet pickup at Riverview Sports Park. The main race starts and finishes at Riverview Sports Park on Saturday, followed by an expo and awards ceremony. Additional social and recovery rides are scheduled for Thursday and Sunday.
