  • Distances: 150 km, 350 km

  • Event Type: Self-supported bikepacking / gravel and road ride

OCS Haut-Languedoc is the tenth stage of the 2026 Outdoor Cycling Series, held across the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. The self-supported event operates without timing, rankings, or road closures, giving riders up to three days to finish their chosen loop. Total entry is capped at 50 participants.

Riders can register on either gravel or road setups across two single-loop course lengths starting in Lunas. The 350 km route features approximately 6,500 meters of elevation gain and departs on November 7 at 8:00 AM. The 150 km route includes around 2,800 meters of climbing and starts on November 7 at 9:00 AM. Both tracks span the terrain between the Tarn and Hérault departments.

Because the event is entirely self-supported, riders manage their own food, hydration, navigation, and overnight accommodations, whether bivouacking, staying in gîtes, or booking hotels. The organizers provide on-site logistics, GPS tracks sent three days before departure, a digital roadbook issued 15 days prior, tracker collection at the start, and staff monitoring from start to finish. For gravel participants, tubeless tires of at least 40 mm (and up to 45–50 mm) are recommended, alongside gearing suitable for steep climbs. Mountain bikes are permitted, while e-bikes are discouraged due to battery charging limitations. Full regulations and registration details are available on the official event website.
