The event offers three distances: the 180 km "Waffle," the 100 km "Wafer," and the 50 km "Wanna." The Waffle route is open to gravel bikes only, while the Wafer and Wanna distances can be ridden on gravel or mountain bikes. An e-bike category is available for the 50 km and 100 km routes. The start time for all distances is 7:30 am.

The event venue is in the Wine & Cheese Region of Tequisquiapan, Querétaro. The course is characterized by a mix of fast gravel roads, technical sectors, vineyard landscapes, and ranch roads, with views of the Peña de Bernal monolith. The routes will have aid stations with Hammer Nutrition products and support from Shimano Neutral Mechanical Service. A sweep van will also be available.

There is a total cash prize of $5,000 USD for the 180 km Waffle distance, awarded to the top five male and female overall finishers. In-kind prizes are awarded for the top finishers in various age group categories across all distances. All participants receive a commemorative medal.

An expo will take place on Saturday, November 21, the day before the main event. Registration is limited to 1,000 participants and includes medical service and accident insurance. For full details and registration, visit the official event website.
