The Prandissimo Gravel Race is a gravel event with two distance options, 120 km and 60 km. The fourth edition of the race is scheduled for February 28, 2027, starting and finishing from the Prandissimo Café Ciclista in La Barra, Maldonado.

According to the organizers, the routes pass through vineyards, farms, and coastal roads of the Punta del Este area. The course details will be shared closer to the race date. Gravel bikes are recommended, but mountain bikes are also permitted, provided they have a minimum tire width of 35mm. E-bikes are not allowed to participate. Hydration will be available on the course and at the finish line.

Kit pickup is on February 27, 2027, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Prandissimo Café Ciclista. The first 100 people to register will receive an official event jersey in their registration kit. For registration and complete event details, visit the official event website.
