Participants can select from a 115 km loop with 75% gravel, a 75 km course with 90% gravel, or a 52 km option also featuring 90% gravel. The focus is squarely on the surface under your tyres and the natural flow of the ride through the trees and open heathland.

All routes are self-navigated using GPS, a format that encourages a sense of quiet adventure. While the course will be marked at critical junctions, riders are expected to carry their own navigation. The day begins and ends at the Heta A/S headquarters in the Rom industrial area of Lemvig. The start and finish area opens at 9:00 AM for number pickup. The rides commence in waves, with the 115 km group starting at 10:00, the 75 km at 10:15, and the 52 km at 10:30. A pre-ride briefing will be held five minutes before each start, setting the tone for the day ahead. Traffic officials will manage the initial rollout, after which normal traffic rules apply on the few paved sections.

After crossing the finish line, riders are welcomed back with complimentary soup, a warm and fitting conclusion to a day on the gravel.
