The Mammoth Endurance Gravel offers three challenging route options starting and finishing in downtown Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 1, 2027.

The longest course, the Full Mammoth, is a 136-mile ride with approximately 13,000 feet of elevation gain. It consists of two separate, non-overlapping loops: a 71-mile morning loop and a 65-mile afternoon loop. The Half Mammoth option follows the 71-mile morning loop, which has about 7,000 feet of climbing. The Quarter Mammoth is a 29-mile route with around 3,000 feet of elevation gain, described by the organizers as a challenge but not "beginner friendly."

Aid stations with hearty food from local businesses are located roughly halfway through each loop. Full Mammoth registration includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and access to both aid stations. Half and Quarter Mammoth registrations include breakfast, lunch, and the morning aid station. Vegan options are available at all meals and aid stations.

All event activities, including check-in, meals, and the post-ride gathering, are centralized at the Patterson Trailhead Building. A GPX file for navigation will be emailed to registered riders before the event, as course markings can be affected by weather. While a support vehicle and sweep riders will be on the course, organizers recommend that participants carry supplies for stretches of approximately 35 miles.
