Focaccia Gravel is a non-competitive ride in the Piedmont region, starting and finishing at the San Silvestro Sport Center in Chieri. The event is open to gravel bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes. For its third edition, the event offers four new routes that explore the Collina Po Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO Man and the Biosphere site, using parts of the Pistaaa cycle paths.

The routes are themed around tarot cards. The longest option is "Il Mondo" (The World), a 110 km route with 1600 meters of elevation and three aid stations, recommended for gravel and mountain bikes. "La Fortuna" (Fortune) is a 70 km loop with 1000 meters of climbing and two aid stations, suitable for gravel, MTB, and e-bikes. The shortest main route is "Il Matto" (The Fool), a 30 km ride with 250 meters of elevation and one aid station, open to city bikes as well. There is also a family ride called "La Via del Galucio," guided by FIAB escorts and open to all ages and bike types.

The event follows an unsupported format, meaning the routes are not marked. Participants must navigate using a GPS track that will be sent by email before the ride. A medical certificate for cycling is required for the 70 km and 110 km distances, but not for the 30 km route. Riders on the 30 km route are encouraged to wear a costume, with a prize for the most original. Refreshments are provided at the start and on the routes, with coffee and focaccia at the start/finish area and local products at the aid stations.

Registration is open to adults over 18, with a total of 600 places available across the main routes. A discounted entry fee is available for riders aged 18-34 from specific local municipalities. For full details and registration, visit the official event website.
