Cascadia Super Gravel is an off-road race organized by Race Cascadia in Capitol Forest near Olympia, Washington. First held in 2017, the event routes participants across forest roads, light singletrack, animal trails, creek crossings, and occasional hike-a-bike sections. The course composition is roughly 90 percent gravel—spanning hard-packed surfaces, loose gravel, and dirt—with paved segments at the start and finish.

Riders can choose from three course lengths: the 30-mile course exploring the southern portion of the forest, the 50-mile course, or the 100-mile course, which features nearly 13,000 feet of vertical climbing across Capitol Forest. Competition categories span Open, age-group brackets, Single Speed, and Tandem across Men, Women, and Non-Binary divisions.

Gravel or cyclocross bikes with tires of at least 32mm and disc brakes are strongly advised, though mountain bikes are also permitted. Roads remain open to vehicle, ATV, and motorcycle traffic, and outside support or follow vehicles are not permitted. Registration includes chip timing, marked courses, on-course mechanical support, stocked feed stations, entry into an event raffle, and a post-race meal and beer.
