List your gravel event
A standard listing on gravelevents.com is free: your event gets its own page with dates, location, distances and a link to your own website, and appears in the searchable calendar plus the relevant country, distance, format and month views. Featured and Premium visibility is an optional step afterwards.
Add your gravel race, bikepacking event or ultra-distance ride to the global calendar on gravelevents.com. A standard listing is free, you keep your own website and registration system, and riders are sent straight to you.
Event page, photography, search visibility, discovery platforms, social, email, partnerships and how to measure what works.
How to get more riders for your gravel event
Turning interest into registrations: proposition, route clarity, trust, deadlines and removing friction.

Add your gravel race, bikepacking event or ultra-distance ride to the global gravelevents.com calendar for free. Keep your own website and registration system — we send riders straight to you.
gravelevents.com is a discovery calendar for off-road and long-distance cycling events: gravel races, gran-fondo style gravel rides, social gravel rides, bikepacking events and ultra-distance cycling challenges.
Events from any country are welcome. Riders browse by country, month, distance and format, so a small regional event in a region with few listings is often easier to discover here than a large one competing for attention on social media.
A standard listing is free and stays free. It gives your event its own page with the date, location, distances, a description, a cover image and a link to your own event website.
That page is indexable, appears in the searchable calendar, and is included on the relevant country and destination pages as well as in distance, format and month views — so riders who are looking for exactly that kind of event can find it.
You keep your website and your registration system
gravelevents.com does not sell entries and does not take a share of your registrations. Your registration platform, your pricing and your rider data stay entirely yours.
Every listing links out to your own event website or registration page, and those outbound links carry UTM parameters, so gravelevents.com referral traffic shows up as an identifiable source in your own analytics.
Fill in the submission form with the essentials: event name, dates, location, distances, a short description, your event website and a cover image. It takes a few minutes.
Submissions are reviewed before publication so the calendar stays accurate — we check the date, location and registration link against your own website. Once published, you can request an edit link at any time to update distances, dates or text.
If your event runs every year, you do not need to resubmit it: we follow organizer announcements and roll listings forward once a new edition is confirmed.
Listing is the free baseline and enough for most organizers. If you later want more prominence — homepage and destination-page placement, a photo gallery, video, newsletter and social promotion — Featured and Premium upgrades are available for events that are already listed.
There is no obligation and no upsell inside the free listing. More visibility means more riders seeing the event; it is never a promise of registrations.
The calendar covers events in more than 60 countries, and riders use it to plan a season rather than a single weekend. Your listing sits where that planning happens.
Search visibility you do not have to build
Every listing gets its own indexable page with structured data, plus a place on the relevant country, distance, format and month pages — so riders searching for your type of event can reach it.
Unlike social advertising, visitors here are already looking for gravel, bikepacking and ultra-distance events. Fewer impressions, far more relevant ones.
Name, dates, distances or format, and a short rider-facing description (up to 2,000 characters).
City, region and country — we geocode it for the world map automatically.
A square logo or a landscape photo (PNG/JPG). Good photography makes a listing far more persuasive.
Where riders should sign up: your own site, a registration platform, or an inquiry form.
Submissions are reviewed before publication. Standard listings are usually reviewed within two working days; Featured and Premium listings get priority review.
