Gravel CLub Tour 069

069 Gravel Ride

The big 069 Gravel Ride powered by EUROBIKE  will take place on Saturday. We’ll meet at the Schecker in the Gadde in the morning. Here you can treat yourself to a delicious espresso or cappuccino. Rumor has it that there will even be a little something to eat. So you can start with full batteries on one of our two routes carefully planned by our guides from Hessen . You have the choice of two route lengths.

Short

For beginners we offer a route of about 60 kilometers with one stop. The route runs mostly flat through the south of Frankfurt in the direction of Seligenstadt. So you can expect only about 300 meters of altitude difference and a wonderful amount of forest, gravel paths and a few easy trails on the route. The route is technically easy to drive. Due to the short length of the route, it is also suitable for beginners.

On the short route we also offer you a tour with a guide. We’re still rolling the dice to see who can accompany you this time. But basically the guide takes over the task of navigating for you and you can fully concentrate on the full gravel fun.

Long

For the more experienced participants we have put together a route of about 115 kilometers. In addition, almost 1,000 meters of altitude await you here. The route is initially similar to the short route in the direction of Seligenstadt, but you then cross the Main in the direction of Spessart. The only mountain of the day awaits you here. Okay, it’s a bit up and down, but this is where you’ll make the most vertical meters in one go. Between Hanau and Dörnigheim we drive back across the Main and from there back to the start. Beautiful forest and gravel paths and a few easier trails await you on this route as well. The route is technically easier, but due to the length of the route it is demanding and aimed at more experienced drivers.
