The 555 is a gravel-oriented event for exploring the Riviera and its treasures. These are the tracks and training roads of Axel Carion that you can discover with connecting segments mixing asphalt and gravel for your greatest pleasure. During a weekend, you will explore the emblematic places of the Côte d’Azur to feast your eyes and your legs.
The recce of the route was done on semi-rigid and gravel mountain bikes with bikes equipped with 40 mm tires. This 555 Alpes-Maritimes will allow you to discover the region differently, far from crowded tourist places while immersing yourself in a gravel experience on an 80% asphalted course with link sections on tracks representing 20% of the total mileage.
