Starting and finishing in Penhas da Saúde in the Serra da Estrela mountains, riders will traverse a constantly shifting landscape of rugged trails, ancient roads, remote villages, and pristine wilderness. With over 80% of the course on gravel or off-road terrain, and no outside support allowed, theGOATS demands not just strength and endurance, but strategy, resilience, and a deep connection with the environment.
