Gravelbirds is a gravel cycling experience rooted in exploration, connection, and the freedom of riding off the beaten path in Portugal. Designed for riders who value adventure as much as distance, the event brings together varied terrain, open landscapes, and a strong sense of community in a relaxed yet purposeful gravel atmosphere.
The routes guide riders through Portugal’s diverse countryside, combining flowing gravel roads, rural tracks, forest paths, and quiet secondary lanes. The terrain shifts constantly, offering smooth, fast sections alongside rougher stretches that demand attention and rhythm. Each route is crafted to highlight the natural beauty of the region while remaining approachable for a wide range of gravel riders.
