The lucky riders who will ride for cake will be drawn in a lottery. As usual at DEAD ENDS & cake there will be a gender split of 50% women & non-binary and 50% men. The past events showed, that a more diverse peloton is more fun!
*riders with a spot at DEAD ENDS & dolci will have lower priority in the lottery for DEAD ENDS & cake. Because their bellies are already stuffed with dolci!
All checkpoints are dead ends. Located at some of the most beautiful, remote places of eastern Switzerland. Start and finish in St. Gallen.
People try to avoid dead end roads. And thatâs why they are so special! Small rugged roads, roughly carved into the mountains will lead you to the very end of a valley or to the top of an alp. The only reason to go there are stunning sceneries and amazing landscapes! Thatâs why thereâs almost no traffic. Just you and the mountains.
Find your own way! All checkpoints are mandatory â but you choose the order and your best route. Try to create a fast, a versatile or the most spectacular route â itâs up to you.
As in real life â our dead ends arenât the end of the world. If you donât mind some offroad or hike-a-bike action â there will be a way at the end of the road.
